Author's brief history
Born in December 1956. Joined the Sapporo City Hall in 1979 after graduating from the Faculty of Law at Hokkaido University. Served as the Director of the Community Development Section at the Citizens' Department in Nishi-ku, Sapporo City from April 2008. Currently serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Sapporo Ombudsman, part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Sapporo University, and also serves as the director of the Hokkaido UR Research Institute without specific for-profit corporation.
