Bernstein's first recording. It is still regarded as the first masterpiece of this song along with the excellent performances of Walter and the Vienna Philharmonic. When I listened to it again, I was very impressed. Especially the first movement is absolutely wonderful. King's solo is also great. But F-Deiskau wanted a little more empathy.
